Default JenniePenny's Generous Gift!

This is the top that Jenny sent me. This is only the second one that Ihave quilted myself and I think it turned out okay. I had some trouble with the spacing and I used a medium tan thread that Ithought would stand out on the colored blocks, but it stood out more on the neutral ones and for the life of me I can't figure out why, but overall I am pretty pleased with it. I hope that Jenny approves!

Oh my dear girl, it looks Wonderful!! You have excellent quilting abilities, and have turned something that did not appeal to me into a beautiful piece. The quilt has a very soothing and serene look. Thank you so much for showing it.

I am so glad you approve, I was worried. I am putting the binding on today... would it be tacky to donate it and then bid on it myself...lol

No need to have worried. I had given with no restrictions or requirements. Looks like we both got to be creative.
