Finally, I have the bulk of the top done!! :D :D :D Over 3,000 tiny pieces! Now I'm just debating on borders for this quilt. I'm thinking to put a 5" - 8" black border with 4 patches as cornerstones. What do you all think? Any other ideas?? I'm open to any and all suggestions.

I'm sorry! All the colors didn't turn show up outside. Probably should have taken the picture in the house.

WOW!! That is awesome. Your colors and your work are beautiful. Sorry I can't help you with a border selection--I'm too overwhelmed by that quilt!!

Love, love, love the quilt! It's spectacular! I like the idea of the black border, but not sure about cornerstones. But, then again, I never know what to do on my OWN quilts, so you just have to go with your gut.

No clue on the border.

Awesome!!! It is a jewel!!! :D :D :D
I would go with the black border and the cornerstones,
maybe quilt the borders with bright varigated threads?

Are you kidding? It looks just like jewels! You can take a picture of the finished quilt indoors and we'll all compare. It's gorgeous!
