My DGD picked out the fabric. I had it made in about an hour. The next one I'll use flannel for the batting or no batting. I used some left over poly traditional batting for this one. It starts with a big square of two different fabric sewn together. I used a 30" square for this size. Make the strips for the straps and that's all is needed. I used this pattern:
