Boy I have worked for 2 days putting the stripes together. Talk about being dumb twice I added a stirp upside down. Than had to rip it all out.
Than to say how stupid I was I had it completed hung it up to take a picture and right in the middle a whole stirp was upside down and didn't even notice. LONG day. Besides having to remove and resew that strip and to seam rip out the border stripes.
I planed to bind it with the navy and white dot fabric. And guess who doesn't have enough of it . swore I had a good yard and half but can't find it anywhere.
So not sure what to use for the binding .e

That is amazing! I love it! I've had a few of those long days when just when you think you're finished, you realize you've made a mistake...ugh! You did a great job!

Could have used artistic interpretation as the butterflies flew south... It looks lovely

Nice! I have found that if I take a picture, even from my phone, I can tell if I like the color layout and also pick up mistakes easier. I do that before I sew and it saves a lot of trouble.
