I made a bag and decided to make a little snappy purse to go with it...then wanted one for me too. I used my embroidy machine to quilt the top one..free motioned the bottem one....they are real fun to make don't know why I waited so long to do one.

Did you use a pattern for this? If so, which one. I really like this one seems easy enough to do..Thanks

Yes the pattern is from Stitchin Sisters it is called Snap Happy. Goes together quickly and used a metal measuring tape for the closure...

Love these. Had my grands make them for themselves, even grandson made one, we call it his gear bag! Have also made one for their school principal, she carries her cell phone and walkie talkie in them as she goes about the building. That reminds me, I want to make her a new one for fall, in a kid print fabric. Memo to self: Add to "do-list"!

Also, I found the carpenter's tape measures the cheapest at Aldi's. Much more reasonable than at the home improvement stores. Think outside the box when you go to get some!
