Finished my first doll quilt to go with DGD's Dinky baby!
#1
If someone would have ever told me that one day I would have been sewing for my grandkids I would have told them...well, that's a long shot but a possibility. BUT, if they told me that one day I would not only be making quilts, dolls AND quilts for dolls...I would have laughed and said NEVER! And would tell them how silly that sounded...for I am not a seamstress!
Guess, I'm living proof that it's better never to say never! lol!
Now I've got to figure out how to make a child-size baby sling so DGD can carry her baby just like Mommy does....Is this ever going to end?!!!! (I hope not!) ;-) Have a blessed Sunday everyone!

First time to use Minkey and flange. I like how the Minkey backing kind of frames the quilt from the front side.
