Ok, so I read your comments before looking at your picture, so I didn't know what to expect. How can you call this ugly??! Oh my goodness, I LOVE it a LOT! The bright colors and the black work together so nicely! Someone is going to be so lucky to receive itGood job on turning an long time UFO to a WIP, and a beautiful one at that!

When I read your first sentence about the ugly center, I scrolled down and looked at the picture. You might need new glasses!! LOL. This quilt is beautiful! It's so bright and cheery! The lucky recipient is going to love this quilt. Wouldn't long flowing lines look amazing quilted into this?
