I've done 3 so far. Don't have a photo of the third, which I kept but will take one and post it soon.

WOW! I really want to make one of those. I'm having trouble visualizing the fabric as an OBW.

I am inspired. Just have to get off this site, find my OBW fabric and start the process. Thanks for the inspiration.

Love them both! I bought fabric for a OBW. Haven't gotten a start on it, though. It might be a while with my list of projects growing.

Thank you so much for doing that - they're both beautiful. I especially love the skinny border treatment in the first one and the colours are stunning (that's your avatar one, right?) The second one has some really breathtaking blocks in it and like Amma said, it's so great to see the original fabric included in the borders. Some of the ones I've made, ppl won't believe me when I say they're all from that one fabric. Such fun! :-D

PS JUst been back for another look - the quilting in the first one is spectacular! I love the way you echoed the triangles along the bottom and did the radiating parallel lines at the sides. In the second one, is that quilting and/or embroidery on the reddish brown border or is it the fabric? This boardis so frustrating sometimes, you just want to see stuff in real life!
