I thought I would show you this quilt that was finished about two weeks or so ago. Since everyone so enjoyed my spider web. The entire quilt was made out of 20 pairs of pants from a loved one. In fact I had so many strips left that I made another one. They were each about 66x66.

These quilts were given to the daughter and son.

The picture of the loved one is in every space left between the scopes. I also have the work up listed on my blog if anyone would like to see how I made it. There are two blogs and I list some on each. Just click the link on the right.

I'm stunned, I really like this quilt. I say i am stunned because I hadn't seen one this this before. It almost looks like it is starring at me. I really like it.

She was my dear friend of 30 years. When I was doing this quilt, I felt like I was on a journey. It was a wonderful experience. I worked on it each day for hours and had to make myself quilt. It took about a week to make it totally.

You're such a caring person to make both of these quilts for your DF's son & daughter. They'll be treasured memory quilts!! This is a very unique quilt.

My grandmother made this same quilt pattern for one she gave especially to me. It's called Star and Diamond. I really like that pattern. Yours is done very creatively.
