    Thanks everyone! This is what I do for a living and have been doing it for about 15 yrs. The stuff I did originally was even smaller. My blocks would turn out 1/4" and I did it all by hand then.

    Here is a link to the stuff I used to do before I started selling to the local gift store and had to learn to sew by machine.
