Default kite flight....ready for basting

who's coming over?

man i hate basting.

it's much bluer in person. i like it, but would do it a bit differently if i were to make it again. the whites, off whites and baby blues don't really work for me. but! done

so...here we go!

(very traditional Amish quilting to come. excited!)

I like it! I like the contrast, but I am a blue person anyway. Keep going!

Can't come over unfortunately....but LOVE your quilt .... and would suggest that if you hate basting you give the Elmer's school glue method a try. Promise you....it works like a charm !!!!

I really like it too. It looks gorgeous, and I can't wait to see how you quilt it.

I got out my water soluable thread and machine basted the quilt I'm hand quilting. It's much quicker and easier. Just an idea...
