Default Kitty cat tote bag

I am going to a Heritage Festival in a nearby town tomorrow, taking my baby quilts to set up a craft booth. Wished I had something other than just my quilts to take. I was rummaging through my "stuff",ha, and came across this cute printed panel. Sooo, yesterday afternoon I threw together a quick quilted tote bag. I machine quilted around the kitties and geometric designs. I just happened to have a wee bit of pre-quilted natural colored fabric, so used that for sides and bottom. Would have looked better with a darker print, but used what I had. I liked it, if it doesn't sell, I will keep this one.
I also made a whole stack of hot pads for the table, with Heat and Bond lining, so I have some variety for folks to choose from.

I just don't understand how you gifted people can "just grab" a piece of fabric and make a beautiful article. I have to ponder for awhile, find the fabric to match, and then by the time I get it cut out my day is shot....lol

Love that tote! You're going to wish you had about a dozen of it.

Oh......I'd keep it for myself!! Would love to see a bigger pic for detail. Was the kitty on other fabric? When you say you "threw together a quick quilted tote bag", I had to chuckle......it would take me a month to do one!! I'd never be able to part with it tho.
