KP was asked to make a quilt for her friend. It is made from her deceased husbands shirts. K was able to get 2 quilts made from the shirts and she did a wonderful job. I think these are some of the prettiest memory quilts I have seen....I am honored to be a part of it.

I think all of my designs are pretty simple...I wanted to highlight the shirt material and let that shine and pop out. I also wanted to break up border designs from the center...so different designs in each section..texture. I love texture. I tend to do that with quilting .....and also with my personal fabric choices.

I quilted both of these quilts on my INNOVA. No pantograph or computer quilting.

I used Hobbs polydown batting in both quilts.

Thanks for looking.

Wow, that quilt is totally reversible!! Lovely on both sides.
Both the maker and you, the quilter, did a marvelous job.
Lovely memory quilt, it'll be cherished for many years.

I love seeing your quilting. You do such a beautiful job.
I would love to have a long arm so I could learn how to do what you do. Can you PM me and tell what you charge.

What beautiful quilts. I can just imagine the customer when she sees how much you have added to her beautiful design. I love those stars. Not sure of the name of them..

Both are beautiful. Charisma, I do believe that you could take a gunny sack and make a show stopper out of it.
Fabulous work.

There's going to be one tearful lady, when she sees these two incredible quilts.

As always, your quilting is the crowning touch!
