Finally completed hand quilting this panel. I thought the panel was too plain so I used a red fabric paint to color the flower. Size is approximately 20" wide x 42" long. It will be a Christmas present for my best friend. I think it looks better in person than the terrible photos I took but what do you all think?

That really was a great idea to have the red flower. That is beautiful -- and a wonderful idea. Where did you get your panel? I love it.

    Thanks Ducky!

The panel came from Fabric.com. Looks like they don't have this lady any more but this one is just as beautiful I think: http://www.fabric.com/ProductDetail....d-0541a083a8db

She's lovely. And the touch of red in the flower is perfect.

If you thought the photos were not good, this must be gorgeous in person

Joyce what a stunning thing and you were so right to add the red - a real touch of class! How is the beautiful Emile BTW? Give him some love from me, OK? :D
