Just sharing.....

Last week I learned (or experimented) to make this rag bag. I did not cut the batting small enough so it shows in the seams and I don't like that. So the one I'm making this week will have smaller batting squares.

This was my first attempt so I used fabrics that I had LOTS of so as not to "waste" a good one.....LOL That is why the colors don't exactly go together.

I will be participating in the Handbags for Hope by the Ovarian Cancer society in August and plan to make one of these in their teals.
Anyone else do this event? It is GREAT FUN.....

I think your doing great, they are very pretty....I'll have to check out that charity. I like helping the ones that are helping women..
