Default The latest baby quilt for a new great-great-nephew

Okay, I'm cutting it a little close. The baby is due in less than 2 weeks and I'm off to the post office to get it sent. This little one is the latest of many great-great nephews and nieces. The mom wanted brown and blue with giraffes. It took me awhile to figure out how I was going to do this one. The baby's older sister's quilt was brown and pink with elephants. But, I found a gift bag that had a giraffe on it so all I had to do was copy the giraffe and stretch the neck a little to fit the 30"x30" space. I do like it.... hope the new baby does as well.

You are really creative and the way you used the fabrics really works great! I would have been stumped over how to do a brown and blue giraffe quilt. It's utterly adorable!
