Thank you, again, for all of the kind comments.

I think the pattern, complete with sashing, made me feel comfortable enough to attempt this color combo. Never in the world would I have attempted individual blocks to showcase both the pattern design and specific colors. That just isn't my cup of tea as I would have spent hours agonizing whether or not to use certain designs. The quilt would have been one of those forever UFO's.

This quilt is more of an idea of stepping in a warm and fuzzy comfort zone using color combos not normally seen together.

One of my friends told me to step outside the box and this is my planned adventure. I hope that others will also be inspired to try something different. :-)

Members of this group inspire me and for that I am very thankful.
