Default Laura's Cartwheels....quilted by Charisma

Laura sent me this quilt...It's a Tula Pink Pattern called "Cartwheels"
She wanted it heavily quilted. It's going to hang on a wall....we worked together to iron out the details of everything along the way. It was a labor of love. I grew during this process. I am so thankful for the experiences that I learn along the way...both as a person and a quilter!

Laura is a very precise piecer..and honestly her piecing makes my work (easy and) look good! If she wasn't exact those lines wouldn't line up perfectly the way they do....

I quilted everything freehand on my INNOVA. No computer was used..but I did use a ruler to make the straight lines. I used two layers of batting. One layer of Warm's Soft&Bright and also a layer of hobbs polydown.

Thank you so much for looking!

WOW!!! The piecing is gorgeous but the quilting really really really finishes it off. What a stunning combination.

I never cease to be amazed at your quilting, Charisma. You make things look sculpted! I send blessings for your eyes that can see to do such precise work! The quilt is lovely, and your quilting is exquisite! What a wonderful gift you are to the world, my friend.

Just when I think you've used a panto, I find myself wrong again! Your imagination, technique, and skill keep me wanting to see more! Love what you've done (AGAIN!!!).
