I made this table runner for my sister, Laura, who lives in Knoxville, TN. Her birthday is today, and I'm making a table runner for each of my sisters as their b'days come up. Some of the fabrics are from my late mom's stash, which daddy gave me when her Alzheimer's got too bad for her to sew anymore. There's still some things left at their house but I'm just not ready to go through the rest of her stuff.

The fleur de lis are cut from a specialty die I ordered for my Accuquilt Studio cutter.

I love the Fleur de lis, want to make a quilt someday for my youngest son, one side will have the Shamrock and the other a Fl de Lis. Me being French, DH is Irish.
