My Mom and late Grandmother made a wedding quilt for my late little Brother and SIL with patterns gathered from leaves in their home town. I inherited those patterns; seeing your quilt makes me want to pull them out and make a quilt to remind me of my family. Your quilt is beautiful! I like the leaves appliqued over the edge of the borders.

Your quilt is great!
Now if that had happened to me, the books would still be all over the floor while I worked on the quilt, LOL! I'm sure *you* straightened your room before you began like a good girl.

I think maple leaves are so beautifully colored in the fall. My favorites for sure. Pretty translation onto a quilt.

Howdy, haven't seen or talked with you for quite awhile! Love the falling leaves! so inspired I would have just cried that my books fell! You are so creative with adding the leaves outside the center and all scraps, wow! Have only been to JoAnns twice since the remodeling, been trying to stay away and save money! I'm not used to the arrangement and get too tired trying to find what I want. Have you checked out the Hip Stitch shop yet? Lovely folks & lots of cute ideas. Hope tosee you sometime soon.
