Here are pics of the Lewis & Clark Top that Loretta asked to see. I only have one more border and the top will be finished. This last border will be the purple feather fabric that you see framing the blocks. I love that fabric.

You have just inspired me to finish mine. I made all those blocks and framed them a couple years ago. I did a little embroidery on mine too.

BUT, I did this when I was a beginner, and I'm still not sure how to put them together the way you did. I'm kind of stuck.

They're all different size blocks.

Here's a couple of my blocks, one of them has an embroidered bear on it.

I just don't really know how to proceed from here.

How did you put yours together?

I'm also not using the bear tracks background. I really just LOVED the map material, so all of my background is going to be in the map. I thought it was just so much more "Lewis and Clark-ish" that way.

That is a really cool quilt and Cordelia, I love yours too! I really like the background on both, can't decide which I like better. Thanks for sharing your pics!
