Katrine, what amazing talent for only seven ladies!! Those quilts are simply stunning, I particularly liked the African plain, but they are all very special quilts, thanks for letting us see such fantastic work :D

Izy, Yes they are really talented. There were some wholecoth quilts with amazing quilting on, but these I couldn't get because of the sun.
There was a tombola, bought some tickets, and the prizes were pieces of their work - hope I am lucky!

Wow, Katrine, thanks for sharing those incredible quilts. What talent those ladies have. It is very interesting to see quilting as an art form in different countries. Thank you so much for sharing.

Also--that Abbey is incredible--so glad you included pics of it too.

Gorgeous quilts! I couldn't even imagine doing one all by hand. Such talent! Pictures of Abbey are amazing. So much history.

Ah, thank you for filling that part that needs to look at beautiful things.
Those quilts are incredible. I couldn't even begin to pick a favourite, although I'm partial to the 3D effect in the very first one. And the setting, it would be a real reverent feeling to be in such an awe-inspiring place surrounded by those quilts. Thank you so much for the pictures.

Such beautiful work! I had never thought of a bargello with triangles - it is spectacular! All of them are. Thank you so much for sharing your trip with us.
