Just finished my friends quilt that was sick and we thought we were losing her. I want to give it to her tomorrow at a family gathering.

I named it New Beginning.

The story behind the quilt is that some of the blocks were from old material her mom had given her over fourty years ago and I had to make up new ones that matched those that were already made.

I hope she likes it.

Bless you for making it using her mother's fabric! I can't imagine a more thoughtful gift!

Very nice. It sounds like your friend, Linda, is doing better. You are a special friend to make such a wonderful gift for her. Love your color choices and the way you put it together. Also, a very unique label for her new quilt. Take care. Linda
