This is such a great story -- you taught her one of my new favorite blocks! And she did an AMAZING job with it !! Please tell her congratulations.
I don't know how old your sweet Anna is - but pls tell her that my daughter got her little brother when she was 6 - and she REALLY wanted a sister. But they have been SO close since he was born - and besides loving each other - are the very best of friends - 34 years later.

You are such a good Gma. She may just want to make afew other items for little brother like a quilt ball or animal. Her disappointment will turn into nothing but joy after he gets here.
