i'm slowly getting things in order in my little 'quilting closet'. still missing a few labels, but the newest addition is the shoe storage for my fat quarters. i think it's going to work out ok (i think i saw the idea here on the board?). a little 'front heavy' but as i add to my stash, i'll push some to the back. still moving around colors, though. the third picture is my 'projects waiting to be started' collection (not including purchased patterns and the two that are on the dining room table to be started today. yuck, i hate pre-washing fabric)

Nice job, Martha (Stewart)! LOL! It looks very organized and neat. You will have no trouble finding the perfect fabric for your next project.

yes, that was a $7 jobbie at the local discount store. it's 6" wide and 10" deep (i think). i think they are a little cheaper at IKEA, but they're not clear and that's an hour drive for me.

Oh that's not sad!! That's just your left brain coming through. :D

I get as much joy out of playing with the organization part as I do the sewing together part. Sort of like giving your right brain a rest before you start the next project. My daughter had a grand time organizing her yarn the other day.
