A little quilted gift for my artist friend in Florida

She makes pottery as you can see some of her creations and when my husband and I visited them in the summer I arrived with this little Stonehenge panel I quilted for her. She loved it and immediately put it on her dinning room table and put this basket with her pottery on top - so cute. I love panels and they look pretty good when you do a lot of quilting on them. I also made a little quilt for her doggie and I will try to find that picture and post it.

That's a match made in heaven! The colors of your beautiful quilt really compliments her pottery and vice versa!

The pottery and table topper look great together!! I bet she was thrilled to receive it, I would have been!

When Thomas Edison invented the light bulb, he tried over 2000 experiments before he got it to work. A young reporter asked him how it felt to fail so many times. He said, "I never failed once. I invented the light bulb. It just happened to be a 2000 step process."
