When I first saw the book at Joanns for Locker Hooking I thought ha ha that is just what I need...I have so many fabrics I no longer really want for quilts but wanted to use them up and this is done with 1" wide strips of fabrics.....really eats up a lot of fabric...I did simple scrappy placemats and hot pads.
It is very easy to do and you can get far more creative with your patterns ...mine were simple...I use mine every day and just love them..

Yours look lovely and exactly what I imagined, great job!
