I made this quilt for my oldest sister who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in June of this year, hopefully the name of the quilt will also bring her some good luck.
It was a huge shock to our family when we were told that she has cancer, no one in our family has ever had cancer, mostly anyone that's passed away has had a heart attack, so it's not something we ever thought would happen, she started having treatments a couple of weeks ago, we are staying positive that she will get through this.

The quilt is gorgeous. Your thoughtfulness in making it should cheer her. Joy and a positive attitude are great weapons to help her heal.
