Lois, do you have 18 different fabrics in your quilt. Keep looking at it. So beautiful. Also, did you use the quilt as you go method. That is how I intend to do mine if I every find fabrics. Just wondering.

I used 14 fabrics coming off the center focus fabric. I did not do "quilt as you go", but now wish I had. I have no idea how I'm going to be able to quilt a king-size quilt on my domestic machine. Good luck with yours. I'm sure it will be gorgeous. The pattern is a great one. Just keep a sample of your fabrics with you so that you can add to your collection. I got fabrics form 3 quilt shops and some from my stash. It was fun. Several fabrics were ruled out after I got them home. Oh well, more for my stash.
