:-) :-) :-) Well I got my last point done on my lone star and I laid it out os you can get an idea how it will look once it is sewn together. Now! I need to get ideas from you all about what the back ground should be. Should I use a dark fabric or a light back ground such a s a biege or a dark beige. Any ideas???? Mom and Sis and I went ot the Joann Fabrics not too long ago looking at the diffrent colors of fabric and laid one of the points on top of the fabric to get ideas. I was just thinking since I have it laid out maybe more ideas would come to mind. Thanks in advance, Huggies, Fay

I vote for lighter. Guess it boils down to your personal preference.

Do I see a row of lavender in there? If so I think that would be pretty. Otherwise I would go with the yellow you used. :D

I vote lighter, i am afraid some of the points would get lost in the dark. Also make sure the light is a different tone from the light in the star for the same reason

GREAT JOB

It's going to be beautiful.
I like a lighter background, maybe the light beige.

Could you use light blue and then borders of the dark colors?

I really think that light yellow would make a beautiful background.
