:D :D :D I'm doing that right now. I made a template with my own drawing and I took an awl and put holes in the plastic template and it's sort like a dot to dot thing and it is working out great. I didn't get my math quite right but that is the beauty of it all. Where I have a little gap I put in some smaller feathers and then continue on and I'm half way around it now. I can see a blue ribbon pinned on it now. Fat chance on that. I should make one and enter it in the Clallam Co. Fair next Summer and see what happens. My quilting isn't super duper, but I could get 2nd or 3rd place or even an honorable mention for a disabled old bag like me.    Huggies, Fay

Beautiful work! What about feathered scallops or feathered swags on the boarders. Miniature 8 point stars?

I gave it to my sister today and she just loves it. We took it over to Sequim to show it to Mom and she thought it was great too. Right now I'm working on my stratosphere quilt and I have two corners to put on it, but will do that tomorrow as it is late and I need to hit the sack yet. I still have the other two lone star table toppers to quilt and finsh yet too. I alway manage to start some thing before I'm finshed with what I'm doing. Have a great night, Huggies, Fay
