Wonderful setting, beautiful fabrics. You did an impressive job of sewing the HSTs together, if you started with triangles - and next time you know how to make them the easier way.

Wow!! Thank you all so much. I'm happy with the way it turned out but it was a journey getting there. :-) Here is more of the same material that I had put together and wasn't that keen on. What a difference. :-) Love the material, just don't like HST's. :-(

I love that design! It is one of those in my "bucket."

Beautiful. It feels great when we finally get something finished. Now I'll bet you're ready to start another one.

Beautiful quilt and backing. The colors are wonderful and so is the layout!

Your quilts are great. I'm intrigued. What is the easy way to work with HSTs?

Put two 5" squares right sides together. Draw a line from one corner to the opposite. Sew a scant 1/4" on each side of the line. Cut on the line. Press. Voila - two HST in a square. No maneuvering on the bias. :-)

If you want smaller squares you can sew the 5" squares all the way around and cut from corner to corner. Smaller squares but HST all the same. :-) I learn from Jenny Doan. LOL

Oh, the rest that I made are here: http://www.pinterest.com/marcycn/qui...made-by-marcy/
