A big congrats. I have its forerunner the Janome 6500, now for 9 yrs, and really like it. I hope you will like your machine as much and get as much use out of it. Enjoy!

Thank you all for the Anniversary wishes. My husband is really enjoying all of his nice comments. You should know that about 5 years ago he got me a riding lawn mower to do yard work. I like running this presents much better.

Luck you! My hubby bought me one for Christmas when they were first on the market...Have loved it from the start,,,easy directions and so much fun to use. Just a word of advice, I use only Aurifil thread on mine. Maybe because that is what I started with, but it does not like Coats and Clark and ect....
