Ok, this was my first attempt and except for putting the handles on backwards, I think I did pretty good!
It's reversable!!
What ya think?
It only took me about an hour and a half from start to finish.

Wowzer... you did very well Terri!!! Your bag soooo looks like summer and beach fun :-) :-) It looks big enough to carry all the essentials- towel, suntan lotion, sunglasses, cellphone, bottle of water, chocolate and a fun romance novel. Okay, those are my essentials in life hahahaa....

That is so neat. Are you going to use it as a 'green bag' at the grocery store?

Thanks all.
It was pretty fun and easy to make.
I'm in the process of making another one. Well, that's AFTER I get this Sue top put back together again.
I do have to remember to make sure the handles go on the right side. Meaning the outside of the handle matches the outside fabric.
Not sure what I'll use it for, just thought I'd make one to see if I could.
Now, I'll show it to my friend who thinks we could sell them and see what she thinks.

Really like the bag Terri. Thought you were making it for your Holiday to carry all the essentials.

First time huh, you did good girl
