    it hold the machine in the cabinet have an old white knee control that boyfriend had in storage for over 15 yrs it was hanging by this one I take bad pics but hope someone can help

    I call that a 'set' screw. I think lots of machines use them. I tried to find them at a hardware store once, without success. I think your best bet is a sewing machine store, or someone who fixes sewing machines. That's where I found the ones I needed.
