Our School System had an auction this morning and we picked up some really cool stuff for my sewing room. After a little paint and repair I am going to have a great space! I got the desk for $1 and it has drawers on the other side too. I am going to have a frame built to make it a little higher and put wheels on it.

I know. =) They didn't sell and the kids wanted them.. And I did get the table for a buck..and the card catalog for a buck. The most expensive thing was the chalkboard for $15.

That red typewriter is an IBM Selectric...that was a very expensive machine back in the early 70's. I had one just like that when I was working, just our of high school...

I really like the table the machines are on...
