the hexes are 3/4". I bought the punch at Micheals on a 50% coupon.
It cost me about $7. I use old manilla folders for my paper pieces. I'm
looking for other recyclables so i'll start using those annoying papers
in the magazines that everyone hates. Im using 2" x 6" scraps or 5" sqs.
I'm trying to keep it a charm type of quilt, no duplicates except one.
I'm using all types of 100% cottons, except flannel. I've been working
on it for about a month now. I'm figuring i'll need about 1,000 more hrs.
to finish it to be a queen.

Oh I just love this! I started working on one for my daughter. We are using scraps from her grandmother's fabric stash. We have large enough pieces to get four hexis per print. My daughter wanted it totally random, so that's what she's getting. Very difficult for me, I hoped she'd let me put them together like you've done lol. I'm showing her yours and I know she'll love it but I have nearly 1/4 of them sewn so it's to late for her to tell me she wants a pattern lol.
