I am on a wild goose chase I think. The item I am looking for I saw all the time when I did not need it. that is the way it goes.

I have made a quilt "jelly roll stars". There are 4 blocks 29 inches each. In the center is a large blank area. I would like to quilt a star in this area. I prefer to machine quilt it versus hand quilt it. It can be an embroidery file or free motion.

I also need to decide what to do in the other areas. Would love to hear some ideas here.

Where can I find this quilt pattern?

Oh boy, glad you asked that question!! Now that I have an embroidery /sewing machine, I thought I could find quilt patterns to use instead of free motion. I think I finally found them on Embroidery designs. com Not sure if I am remembering the name right, but I bookmarked it in favorites. You can get different sizes for $1.00 each, downloaded to your computer. And I think I saw some disc at my Janome dealers. I asked for one of those for Xmas!! If you'd like, PM me your email and I will send you the site I saw, I don't know how to get it from there to here!!

No help here but I wanted to say I love your quilt. I did Connecting Threads pattern from a kit and you have given my an idea of how to quilt it. Thanks.

not knowing what embroidery machine you have, I do hope this helps I got a really nice CD with quilting designs on it from: www.perfectlittlestitches.com My machines uses a card and I transfer designs by my Magic box elite. and I am looking for a #29 card for my Pfaff 7570 which has quilt designs. I have #50 which also has quilting designs.
