    Here is the butterfly quilt I just finished for my granddaughter. If I was to do it again, I would choose a different color for the spots on the purple part of the wings. Otherwise, I like it. Hope she does...

    Don't be fooled about the size. The wing span is 60" from tip to tip. And each wing is 48" from top to bottom. This is a big quilt, just like the owl and the turtle.

    This is absolutely stinking adorable! I've never seen anything like it. And I LOVE lime green and purple so I think the spots are perfect.

    I'm glad you like it. I always get nervous that it won't come together...especially when I do my own thing colorwise. I usually follow the color scheme from the pattern, but this time I wanted bold colors not all pastels.
