    I was given one of these a couple of years ago. I got tired of carrying it from the sewing machine, to the cutting area, to the hand sewing spot, etc. So I made a few more. The top of the hat is a piece of toilet paper tube stuffed with polyfil and the brim is just a circle cut from cardboard. Each part is covered by a circle done like a yo-yo. The pieces are glued together with a hot glue gun. Not difficult to make, but, as with all projects, takes longer than you imagine :-)

    fun ! like this a lot ! of all the years sewing.. I gave my pincushions away and use a store bought tomatoe one. hah!
