Well, I can't claim to have invented the concept. I saw it somewhere; don't know if it was here or somewhere else.

When one of the clips breaks, my sweet DH cuts the good one off with one of his gadgets, then smooths the edges. I use them to clip blocks together, etc. Right now I've got a stack of blocks clipped together in rows ready to be stitched.
Thanks Gail, hugs to you too! Great idea for the clips off of the hangers! I love these kind, I also use them to hang blue jeans on to dry, hate running the dryer so long, and they're gonna dry anyway.

Beautiful quilt and colors. I make up a lot of my quilt patterns. I have lots of books with patterns but I usually ignore them and just make up something.
