Welcome to the Quilting Board!

there are an awful lot of these so i'll break them up over a number of days. this was last weekend, the 17th through the 20th. i was only able to stay one day.
more. there was a heavy concentration on whole cloth and needleturn, quite different from the last ones i've been to.
more. anything that even remotely resembles needleturn, is. there are no pics of machine applique.
this is chenille
still more. and this will be it for today.
this was a cloak
Thanks for sharing, wish I could of gone, was the show busy when you were there, can you send me your addy will share my quilt show info.
hugs
the show was very busy, especially for a thursday. the weekends are usually the busiest. there were a million venders. this was in a large convention center and it spilled over into another room in the back. this was the best show i've seen in years. more quilts, better quality. many more venders. i didn't have the time for seminars or classes, but loads were offered. looks like the economy is picking up somewhere.
Thanks, as our guild show is next month and hope lots come to visit.
Hi! I was there, too, taking classes on Friday and Saturday with George and Virginia! You are right about it being crowded on Thursday. Saturday was even more crowded. The quilts were absolutely breathtaking. Can't wait till next year!
