The quilt turned out great! She should be very proud of herself. That is a wonderful idea to make a quilt with your grandchildren when they turn 13. That quilt will always have special memories for her.

I am sure you had a wonderful week with this precious granddaughter. She made a beautiful quilt and appears to be very happy with her accomplishment.

What a great job she did. When ds was 12 he, a cousin and a friend all got together and each made a lap quilt. I almost cried the day he took it to college.

Way to go!!! I am hoping that someday my granddaughter will want to sew...she likes to play in there now so hope the idea grows and grows on her.
