girlirgirl got ahold of me to quilt her Mom's quilt. It's a Log Cabin in the Whirly Bird design..
I looked at it and told her I see Hearts, so after talking with her and drawing pictures and emailing them to her we came up with hearts in the four blocks.
In the center 4 blocks I did seperate hearts but, they look like pineapples.. ha
Shirley told me to do what ever i wanted.. so.. hearts in the blocks, I did a heart and loop border in the 2nd border and a feather border on the outside.
the piecing is great on this quilt and the fabric is beautiful! My pictures do not show the back fabric colors.. its a creamy golden color.. with a paisley design.
I used cream color thread and Hobb's poly/down batting
All FMQ....
My computer is slow and i am uploading 8 pic's.. I really hope you and your mom love this quilt.. Everyone here in Oregon Love's it.. !!!!

I am glad you like it... We all think it beautiful... the colors everything.. so now i will get to the binding... and when that's done I will send it on it's way home :(
