Mary's Bandana Quilt
Earlier this week I saw a bandana quilt in one of my groups and knew I had to make one. I couldn't find traditional bandana prints at my local WM so I bought the wild bandanas they did have. They measure 20' square, and the fabric wasn't too thin, and they are all cotton. I used 16 bandanas, and they only cost $1 each. They were pretty close to the same size and not hard to work with.
My 12 year old DGD will be visiting me next week and I hope she will make one too. Thanks to Stacey!

I have some of the traditional bandana in assorted colors that I am going to make one out of. I like the look that you have there. Makes me wonder what an old cow poke would say if you handed him the modern day bandana. hehehe!

What a fun, happy quilt! I didn't even know they made bandanas like that! I think our Walmart carries "regular" ones (my DH likes them... go figure). But these are way more fun! And the price was right! Thanks for showing us this fabulous quilt!!!
