    May deadlines - preschool #2

It feels as hectic as if it were nearing Christmas. In May I have one piano recital quilt, one baby quilt, and 4 preschool teacher quilts due. All the tops are pieced. The baby one is sandwiched and waiting. Two of the preschools are completely done.

The fabric and pattern are from Fabric Cafe - one of their three one-yard quilts. I think the pattern is called Pinwheels - I've used it several times, but remember how proud I was when I advanced from everything in squares. I added the 3.5" outer border - it's a Walmart fabric.

Size is 48" X 60". Quilted with a meander. Backing brought over for binding.

This will go to the aide in my grandson's preschool class.

Oh, how they are going to love the quilts. I can't think of a more wonderful gift than a handmade quilt. I like this one very much.
