Default McKenna Ryan "Home Tweet Home" blocks done!!

This is how I spent this past week!! Finally got the 9 blocks done! Boy, there were sure some small pieces!! I used my own fabrics, since I have been collecting Batik FQs for a while for it. It is fused, and once it is sandwiched, they will be quilted, then I will add embellishments. First, I need to get the final pattern for sashings and border, or at least the measurements and directions. Does anyone out there have it and is willing to sell??? This was so much fun to make if anyone loves fusible appliqué !

Masterful job of chosing the colors and doing the applique. I don't know if I will ever be that ambitious.

The nice thing about this series of patterns, you can buy only one block at a time, and it gives instructions to make a wall quilt. This would give you the opportunity to try it, then decide if you want to make one of two more as a grouping, or make the whole quilt. It isn't hard, just fiddely and takes patience. If you you like hand work and have patience, you should try it!

Gorgeous blocks! I love McKenna Ryan's patterns but they do require determination.

Love it. McKenna Ryan anything is on my to do list.... Oh, I wish I had more hours in a day So many beautiful quilts to be done so little time. You have inspired me to move one of her patterns to the top of my to-do list.
