Now you know why I am always talking about SouthWest Decratives and Kokopeli Quilting. They have so many projects up from placemats to queensize quilts. If you posted a picture of each everyone would think you were posting a quiltshow. Mary Jo has started teaching LAQ in one to one classes. If you go through her complete course you can get certified in LAQ. Did you see the line of bakits call Land of Enchantment, they have II coming out in the summer or fall.

This is my favorite quilt shop of all. My sons used to live in Albuquerque so I was there many time. It's the best place to find southwestern fabric and patterns. Unfortunately, I have no reason to go there anymore and it's too far from PA to go just for fabric.

You can always come for the balloon fiesta in Oct. MommyA. Bring the family for the fiesta, the two giant arts and crafts shows, and you get to go to the quilt shop. You can also go online. I am so proud of this shop that I want everyone to go there. Wish I had stock in it but I just have lots of patterns and fabric I have bought there. Now I am thinking of taking the LAQ classes and I don't have room in our apartment for a LAQ machine.

I didn't get through all of them, there was just so much to see. I enjoyed it there. I'm origanally from Albuq. but now live in Colorado. Still have all my familia there. I get back as much as possible, so now everytime I go I will surely go back to this quilt shop.
