I made this for my big sis in memory of our Mom who passed away March 2006. I used pieces of fabric from some of Mom's favorite blouses, and embroideried flowers and hummingbirds all over. Mom loved hummingbirds, and always kept the feeders going, and had tons of birds return every year. Just wanted to share - I don't have a lot of quilting experience, and love to hear the input of others who have the quilting bug.
