Default Memory Quilt

Made this for my Great Nephew , it is a group of pics in his first year. His Mom is a photographer and I think she will like the film presentation. I quilted name birthdate and his first words or toys. The label is a crude copy of one of the trucks in the backing fabric

Beautiful Quilt, what a treasured memory. I too would like to make a film strip one.Was it hard to do the strips across the quilt. Also love how you quilted the name on, and love the label. Great job!!!!

Cute quilt. The filmstrip layout is really clever.

I just fooled with measurements until I was pleased.I pieced the strips then appliqued them to background. The design wall was the saving grace.

Fantastic quilt! It's perfect for a memory quilt. I know the little guy will love looking at himself.
